About Casa dell'Amore - Bed and Breakfast

YOUR HOST'S

We are Jim and Patty, both retired, and proud parents to three small, affectionate dogs: Nellie, Chloe, and Daisy. With extra space in our home and a shared passion for hospitality, we launched Casa dell'Amore as a clothing-optional bed and breakfast through Airbnb. Since welcoming our first guests in January 2024, we have truly enjoyed every moment of hosting.We love to entertain, share good wine, and relax by the pool, hot tub, and spa—timeless pleasures that bring joy to all. We are sociable night owls who enjoy entertaining, sharing wine, and late-evening conversations on the patio's front or back, any shared areas and best yet, the hot tub. However, we always prioritize and respect your privacy. If you prefer alone time, quiet, or a low-key stay, simply let us know, and we will honor your boundaries without intrusion. Casa dell’Amore is a clothing-optional homeshare, designed for adults who appreciate a relaxed and friendly environment. Hosting has allowed us to form wonderful new friendships and learn so much from our guests. We look forward to many more memorable stays ahead and would be delighted to welcome you with open arms.

NOTE:
**Our three friendly dogs are sweet, playful, and people-loving, though they can be a bit shy at first. They have access to their own side yard during the day but may interact with guests at times. If you are not comfortable with dogs or have allergies, this property may not be the best fit for your stay.

THE ROOM'S

We offer two beautifully appointed guest suites for adults 25 and older (maximum two guests per room): The Cozy Room and The Drawing Room. Both rooms have:

- private full bath
- mini refrigerator with freezer
- microwave
- coffee maker
- assortment of coffee k-pods
- hair dryer
- lighted make-up mirror
- walk-in closet with iron and ironing board, luggage rack and full length mirror
- 2 plush terry cloth bath robes

The Drawing Room, the larger of the 2, has a faux fireplace which is heated, a 65" TV, home theater sound and two large sitting chairs.
The Cozy Room has a 65" TV, a desk and chair, bedside tables and dresser. It also has adjacent access to the pool and spa through the bath area.

NOTE:
Upon arrival, enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine (your choice of varietal). Guests also have access to a shared laundry room (washer and dryer), additional bottled water in the large refrigerator, the full kitchen, and the living room (with fireplace during cooler months). We want you to feel completely at home—please let us know if there is anything we can do to enhance your comfort.

POOL AND SPA AREA

The stunning pool and large spa (hot tub) overlook hillside views of the nature preserve. The spa seats up to 15 with infinity-edge design and fountain features; the pool features a full-length faux infinity edge—both open year-round. 6' extendable privacy screens on either side for daytime use. Propane fire pit (seats 4) Spa-side seating for 2 Lower-level lounge: sofa, dining table/chairs, gas grill 2 poolside love seat sofas with seating for 4 with coffee table.
Music streams poolside and patio—request your preferred music anytime. We will do our best to accommodate you.

NOTE TO SPA HEATING: To conserve energy, the spa (hot tub) is not kept heated continuously. If you would like it ready upon arrival or during your stay, simply let us know in advance—we’ll ensure it’s warm and waiting.
